These terms apply to your use of Drinkora, provided by Sorin Studio. The Privacy Policy describes how information is processed. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For an app downloaded from Apple, Apple’s standard licensed application end-user agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies where applicable.
Accounts and access
Current versions require sign-in, provide an introductory product tour, and require an active subscription to access the subscription features. The tour is a demonstration of the app and is not a separate promise of continuing free access. You are responsible for your account use and for having the rights to any content you upload. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to access another person’s private library.
Subscriptions and trials
Monthly and annual plans are offered through the App Store. The annual plan may include a three-day introductory trial for eligible subscribers as displayed by Apple. Trial eligibility, the amount due, billing period, currency, taxes and renewal terms are shown in the store purchase flow before confirmation. A trial converts to the paid plan under the terms displayed by Apple unless cancelled as required by the store. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your store account. Existing lifetime purchasers can restore their applicable prior access; no new lifetime offer is promised.
Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in Settings → your Apple account → Subscriptions, or follow Apple’s cancellation instructions (https://support.apple.com/118428). Removing the app or deleting your Drinkora account does not itself cancel a store subscription. Purchases, refunds and payment handling are governed by the relevant store’s rules and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases with the appropriate store account to restore eligible access.
Recipe guidance and personal changes
The app provides drink information, estimates, preparation steps, optional timing and personal planning tools. Editorial original formulas, cultural adaptations and source recipes are identified in the app. Catalogue size or technical checks do not mean every recipe has been physically prepared, tasted or independently validated. Representative stock photos and illustrations may differ from the specific recipe. User photos show the content selected by the user.
Use your judgment with ingredients, allergies, equipment capacity, hot liquids, food hygiene, refrigeration and storage. Changing portions or ingredients can change flavor, texture, timing and results. A supported milk alternative is not a guarantee that an entire drink is dairy-free, allergen-free or suitable for a particular diet. Quantities, unit comparisons and shopping suggestions depend on the information available and the amounts you enter. Unknown amounts and source yields are not guarantees. Heating, cooling and equipment capacity do not automatically scale with portions. Follow any relevant equipment instructions. Alcohol-related recipes are only for people legally eligible in their location; use them responsibly.
Your library, backups and photos
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Sorin Studio and its service providers the permission needed to store, process, resize, back up and display that content to you as part of the service. Uploaded drink photos are private within the app by default. Do not upload content you have no right to use. Account backup requires a functioning connection and service. A backup or restore can fail or be delayed, and a restore can replace local data. Check the last successful backup before relying on a change of device. Account deletion removes the app’s personal library and uploaded-photo records as described in the Privacy Policy.
App content and licences
The app, its software, editorial content and licensed assets are protected by their applicable rights. Source recipe and photograph credits and licences are provided in the app; third-party materials retain their own licence terms. You may use the guidance to prepare drinks for lawful personal or professional purposes. This does not grant a blanket right to republish the app’s recipe collection, software or photographs. Review the individual source licence for uses outside the app.
Availability and responsibility
Features depend on the supported device, operating system, account, subscription and third-party services. We work to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular recipe outcome. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
